We regret that your item didn't meet your expectations, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We welcome returns on misprinted/damaged/defective items, but exchanges for a different color, size, or product is treated as a new order.

Order Never Arrived
We regret that your item didn't meet your expectations, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We welcome returns on misprinted/damaged/defective items, but exchanges for a different color, size, or product is treated as a new order.
- If an order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within a week's time.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered you must place a new order at your expense.
- All returns must include original packaging and merchandise in an unused, unworn, or washed condition. Absolutely no returns will be granted for claims made after 4 weeks of the purchase date.
- Rehab Muzik reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if the merchandise displays any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
- Please critically ensure that the information displayed on your purchase order is correct before proceeding with your purchase.

Order Never Arrived
- Ship happens! If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to immediately let us know.
- First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address; however, it will have to be at your expense.
- If the shipping address was correct, contact us at customerservice@rehabmuzik.com. Make sure you quote your order number, and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
